Payment
AFBKD accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
Payment for the order will be deducted from your account immediately when the item is downloaded.
AFBKD uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
The digital album can be purchased and downloaded from all countries.
Returns and right of withdrawal
When delivering digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if downloading has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement thereof, the buyer loses his right of withdrawal.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right of complaint on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to AFBKD within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Privacy policy
When you purchase a product and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to complain:
• Center for Klageløsning, via the complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal. Go to klageportal.

Retur og fortrydelsesret
Ved levering af digitalt indhold, som ikke leveres på et fysisk medium, hvis downloading er påbegyndt med forbrugerens forudgående udtrykkelige samtykke og anerkendelse heraf, mister køber sin fortrydelsesret.
Reklamationsret
I henhold til den danske købelov gives der 2 års reklamationsret på produkter. Reklamation gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation.
Reklamation skal meddeles til AFBKD i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse. Her anses en måned som rimeligt tid.
Reklamationen gælder ikke ved fejl eller skader, der skyldes forkert betjening af produktet.
Persondatapolitik
Når du køber en varer og selv videregiver oplysningerne, modtager vi kundedata. Som dataansvarlig behandler vi dine personoplysninger sikkert og fortroligt. Dine personoplysninger bliver kun anvendt og opbevaret til de formål, de er samlet ind til.
Klagemuligheder

Media

How long we retain your data
